At BidToBuyOnline.com, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for all users. If you're not satisfied or received a damaged product, we’re here to help. Read below for return, exchange, and refund details.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement under these conditions:

  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Expired product
  • Sealed product unopened and unused (within the return window)

Returns not accepted if:

  • Product opened, used, or tampered
  • Request after return window
  • Not in original condition/packaging
Return Window

Return request must be raised within 5 days of order receipt. Products should be returned within 7 days after return approval.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@bidtobuyonline.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of the issue (mandatory)
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Email confirmation will be sent
  • Refunds processed to original payment method or Bid Credit
  • 5–7 business days for online payments
  • 7–10 days for COD via bank transfer

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Subject to availability. If out of stock, full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Products
  • Opened/used products
  • Free samples or promos
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Personal care items once opened
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-dispatch, cancellation not allowed. Email support@bidtobuyonline.com with your order number for cancellation.

Shipping for Returns

We usually arrange reverse pickup. If not available, self-ship may be required. Courier charges may be refunded if approved.
